Essence Haul Sneak Peek

I first discovered drugstore makeup brand Essence when searching Pinterest for a MAC Faux dupe. I came across the lipstick 05 Cool Nude & went online to source a UK seller. I found Wilko & was impressed with the lipstick when it arrived; hard to believe it only cost £2.30!

I also received this nail colour in June’s Glossybox and adored it, so decided I had to check this brand out.

My little Essence haul includes lip, face, eye & nail products. There is too much stuff to review in one post so expect posts for each of those categories in coming days/ weeks as I try them all out 😊. Just couldn’t wait to share some pics in the meantime!

Lipsticks – £2.30 each

Lipliners – £1 each

Lip Gloss – £1.80

Gel Nail Polishes – £1.60 each

I 💜 Nudes Polish – £1.80

Satin Matt Top Coat – £2

Stay Natural Concealer – £2

All About Matt Fixing  Powder compact – £3

All About Matt Blotting Papers (50) -£2

I 💜 Nude Eyeshadow Single -£2.50

Big Bright Eyes Pencil – £2

Eyeshadow Applicators – £1.30

2-in-1 Eyelash Comb/Eyebrow Brush – £1.80

Keep an eye out for upcoming reviews on all these goodies 😊.
Have you discovered an impressive drugstore brand lately? Have you tried an inexpensive brand that really wasn’t up to the job ?

Wishing you good luck & happy days,

  1. Essence makes such good product ! I love the Essence I heart nude single eyeshadows – have 3 of them already – their lipsticks are also so nice. I have found a dupe for a Tom Ford Lipstick in their collection. Enjoy x

  2. Essence is such a gem – I’m constantly amazed by the quality at such low prices! How do they do it? I really like how small their nail polish bottles are – because really, when do you ever finish a bottle of nail polish? 🙂
PS. New to your blog, looking forward to reading more posts. 🙂

    1. My thoughts exactly re. nail polish; have never finished a bottle in my life 🙂 Great way to try out new shades without spending so much on it that it’s a disaster when you decide you don’t like them.
Thanks for reading & taking the find to comment 🙂
