Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser: Spoonie Review

Living with Chronic Daily Migraine and Fibromyalgia makes even straight forward day-to-day activities a real challenge. Just having a bath or shower can be so exhausting that I have to lie down afterwards. So when I find a product that is a multitasking or time saving gem, I like to share it on my blog for anyone who struggles like I do or just for people who often find themselves in a rush.

I absolutely love Nivea’s In-Shower Body Moisturiser. Often when I get out of the bath or shower I’m too sore and queasy to reach for a body lotion. This product lets me get that step out of the way while I’m still in the bath.

You only need to apply a small amount then shower it off to be left with soft, moisturised skin afterwards. On days when I have to use the bath because I can’t stand up for long, I just rinse it off with a jug. So often I’m getting  myself clean only to crawl back into bed again, so it’s nice to feel soft and comfortable.

This version of the product smells strongly of cocoa butter as you might expect; thankfully this isn’t a Migraine trigger scent for me although it could be for others. The dry skin version (blue bottle) has a fragrance that reminds me of suntan lotion.

A little goes a long way with this product and using too much could result in a slippery bath/shower so using a small amount at a time is the way to go. Nobody needs to slide themselves towards a concussion!

I’m on my fourth bottle of this product and I see it being a regular repurchase for years to come.

Do you have a bath/shower product that is a regular repurchase?

Wishing you good luck and happy days,

Kindra x
